Nassau Resident Youth Survey 2009
The Town of Nassau’s Youth Services Committee is conducting a survey to help identify the needs of its youth. It is important that we involve our youth in this
process so the Town can try to offer activities that our youth will actually participate in. This survey should be completed by the youth. Please only fill out
one survey per youth and do not include your name on the survey.
