PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Nassau is seeking sealed bids for
various improvements to the Town Hall including handicap ramp/porch, handicap
accessible bathroom; sheetrock and vapor barrier, windows, doors, and lighting
fixtures. The project is to commence on or about July 1, 2011. Detailed
specifications are available at the Town Clerk’s Office or the
Supervisor’s Office during business hours or on the Town’s website
at www.townofnassau.org.
Prevailing wage applies to all employees of the bidder. Bids are due in the
Town Clerk’s Office P.O. Box 587
– 29 Church Street, Nassau N.Y. 12123
by 11:30 A.M. on May11, 2011, and will be opened on May 11, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. Bids
will be awarded at a reasonable time thereafter. The Town Board reserves the
right to reject any and all bids. Non-collusive bidding certificates must
accompany each bid.
